There's this girl in our study group โ she's taken but I asked her a ton of questions anyway since she's super smart. At first she answered everything, then started ignoring me, probably thinking I was annoying. So I gave up and decided to just leave her alone. Then one morning she calls me and says she's thirsty, asking me to grab her a drink from the vending machine. I'm like okay fine, brought her one. Then she goes: "From now on, don't talk to me." So I said "...thanks, jerk" but honestly? I was kinda glad on the inside. Ever since that day we've been in contact. Funny how that works.'
