Witnessed a Smooth High School Confession at a CafΓ© and I'm Not Okay
The poster went to a cafΓ© that was nearly empty. Only about 3 tables occupied. Two guys in school uniforms were there β the poster figured they weren't the same age since one was calling the other 'sunbae' (upperclassman). Let's call the younger one A and the older one B.
A: 'Shouldn't we go to the library? You're just distracting my studying.'
B: 'I'm just trying to buy you something nice.'
A: 'Fine.'
[poster: 'He was being so cold... and then lmaooo']
B: 'I like you. When are you gonna accept my feelings? After exams? Should I really wait that long?'
The poster was shook. Said they were doing homework while just listening to his voice, then accidentally looked up and saw his FACE. 'Kinda... well-put-together... a face you wouldn't see at my school...' They were flustered.
Anyway, A goes: 'Ugh, you crazy bastard'
β B laughs. B asks why he said that, they bicker a bit about whether that counts as swearing β A says it doesn't β then A goes quiet for a sec. Then B reaches over and holds A's hand. And they just... study together.
