I wasn't going to post this but here we go.
There's an abandoned hospital on the outskirts of Seoul that's been locked up for decades. Used to be a real hospital. Then some unexplained accident killed dozens of people and they just... left it. Locals started calling it 'the silent hell.' Nobody went near it.
MinJae was a YouTuber who covered urban legends and creepypasta stuff. This was going to be his fifth episode. He knew exactly what he was doing, picking the most unhinged location possible for clicks.
Before filming he was all casual about it. 'This one's actually scary, I got chills the second I thought about going in lol.' Yeah. Sure buddy.
The moment the camera turned on and he stepped through the front gate, the air was different. Rusty iron door. Dark corridor. He clicked on his portable light and started his intro for the camera.
'This is K Hospital, closed in 1998. The story goes that the entire ward lost power that year. Oxygen machines stopped. Patients died. A lot of them.'
His face on camera was already going stiff.
He kept walking down the corridor and then he felt it. Nobody there. Definitely nobody there. But the dust on the floor. Disturbed. Like something had walked through it recently. Like something was right behind him.
'This place is... actually weird?' he muttered and kept filming.
Then he hit the old operating room. Rusty padlock on the door, but there were fresh scratches around it. Like someone had opened it recently. He pushed the door open.
The light went out.
'What the... battery was fully charged...'
In the dark, something whispered his name.
'...MinJae...'
He said his heart stopped. He scrambled to get the light back on and when it came back, the camera caught something on screen. A shadow sitting on the operating table. Body half transparent. Face that was NOT a human face.
It opened its mouth.
'I... was here...'
He SCREAMED and ran. Sprinting down the corridor, whispers coming from everywhere in that building.
'Stay with me... don't go... please...'
He made it to his car. Gasping. 'Never. I am NEVER coming back here.'
But in the reflection of his car window, the hospital's shadow was right there behind him.
After that day, MinJae couldn't edit the footage. Because there were too many things in it that shouldn't have been there.
And the whisper calling his name. Every night. Still going.
