my boss's 4yo said the most unhinged thing during a crisis meeting and we almost lost it

so my team lead's kid is 4 years old right. barely talks most of the time but when she DOES talk it's absolute chaos LMAOOO.

friday we had this massive accident at work, like a legitimately huge fuck-up. we're all in this tense ass meeting trying to figure out damage control and the team lead is SO frustrated he just. sighs. HARD. like the kind of sigh that makes the whole room go quiet and we're all tiptoeing around trying not to set him off more.

then his kid just goes "okay i heard you" (like mimicking him but somehow MORE condescending) "let's eat mom and keep going"

BRO. THE WAY. I made eye contact with my coworker and we BOTH started doing that thing where you're trying not to laugh so hard your nose starts doing weird shit. the energy was so tense we literally couldn't even DROP a pen without everyone jumping. honestly the situation was so bad homeboy almost got fired over it but at least when he came in today things had cooled down a bit.
