just caught a cockroach for my neighbor and now i'm down bad

okay so I was on a dating app (당근¹ specifically) and there's this post like 'cockroach showed up in my room since this morning PLEASE someone come catch it, will pay 10,000 won (~$7.50)'

I check the location. Three minutes from my place. So I'm like. I'm going.

She goes 'three minutes?? you're lying' and keeps asking if I'm for real LMAOOO she's been getting played I guess??

I show up and. it's an American cockroach. a big one.

I was a little scared ngl but there's this woman next to her I don't know, watching with this absolutely TERRIFIED expression

and I'm thinking... I gotta look cool. so I grabbed some gloves from somewhere, rolled up some tissues, and caught it KEKEKE

told her 'don't worry it probably came in from outside, doesn't seem like they're living in your walls'

then we walked around checking the windows and vents together for gaps, just chatting for a bit, and I finally got a good look at her face

she was wearing a hat so I didn't catch it at first but. she was really pretty.
